Signs in the Heavens

In Luke 21v25&26 we read

25¶And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;

26Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

Jesus clearly states that just before His return there will be signs in the celestial bodies which will indicate that His parousia is imminent. 

I believe these cosmic signs will occur in the second half of Daniel's 70th week (the seven year period some wrongly call this “Tribulation period”) - that is, within the last 3.5 years when Antichrist will reign over a 10 king confederacy - and they directly precede the period the bible calls the Day of the Lord. 

Matthew 24 provides a very clear timeline:

29¶Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

30And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

31And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

The Great Tribulation is cut short for the elect’s sake (I have clearly demonstrated from scripture the elect is the church and it will go through the Great Tribulation in previous messages) and then immediately after the Tribulation is cut short, the sun is turned to darkness, the moon is turned to blood the stars fall from heaven and the powers of heaven are shaken fulfilling Joel's prophecy.

The Day of the Lord 

Joel 2v30&31

30And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.

31The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come.

The Apostle John is also shown these exact signs when the 6th seal is opened in Revelation 6

12¶And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;

13And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.

14And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

This happens just prior to Jesus coming in power and great glory to rapture the church Matthew 24v31, Revelation 7v9-17 and seal the 144,000 who will be on earth when Jesus pours out the wrath of God through the 7 trumpet and 7 vial judgements. 

Again I've demonstrated from a myriad of scriptures in previous messages, that the great multitude who could not be numbered in Revelation 7, is the ekklesia., who have overcome the beast, his image, his mark and the number of his name Revelation 15.

The church has been saved from wrath and raptured immediately prior to the first trumpet judgement being unleashed. 

God Provides Signs through the Sun and Moon 

In Genesis 1v14 we are told that the sun and moon were created not just for light, heat, to provide climate (how moon interacts with oceans) etc but also for:

• Signs

• Seasons

• Days

• Years

The Hebrew word for signs means omens, miraculous signs and warnings. It signifies that God created the heavenly bodies to communicate important matters at particular times to His covenant people. 

The word for seasons does not denote climatic seasons i.e. winter, spring, summer and autumn but appointed times or divine appointments especially related to “sacred seasons” or feast days.

The Hebrew word “mow’ed” implies that God has a day timer or calendar on which He keeps predetermined appointments with human history and they are connected with His feast days. Wow!! 

Lastly the sun and moon are days and years. 

The Gregorian calendar we use is based on the sun and the Moslem calendar on the moon but God's calendar as used by the Jews is based on the sun and the moon. The days and years are “holy days” and Shemittah years (every 7 years) and Jubilee years (every 50 years). 

Heavenly Signs in Recent Times 

In the past few years there have been several signs in the Heavens. 

Back in 2014 and 2015 there were four blood moons which happened on Jewish feast days. 

These occurred as follows:

15/04/14: Blood moon occurred on Passover 

08/10/14: Blood moon occurred on Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot)

20/03/15: Total eclipse of sun

04/04/15: Blood moon on Passover

28/09/15: Blood moon on the Feast of Trumpets (Rosh Hashana) 

13/09/15: Partial solar eclipse 

Four blood moons are called a “Tetrad” and are very rare. 

A Tetrad didn't occur in the 1600s, 1700s or 1800s. There were 7 Tetrads in the 1500s but never on a Jewish feast day. 

Last time they fell on feast days was in 1967/68 following the 6 day war when Israel recaptured Jerusalem and 1949/50 following Israel becoming a nation once again in May 1948!

United States of America and Heavenly Signs 

Back on 21st August 2017 the United States had the “Great American Eclipse”. 

It was also known as the “Seven Salem Eclipse” as it passed through seven US locations called Salem. 

In Hebrews 7 we read how Abraham meets Melchisedec the King of Salem, meaning King of Righteousness and King of Peace.

Salem is a shortened form of Jerusalem. 

Now on the 8th April 2024 a second “Great American Eclipse” is due to take place, almost 7 years after the first. 

This will start in Mexico and follow a line along the east of the United States intersecting with the line of the first eclipse to create an X and where does it connect only in a place called “Little Egypt”. 

Oh and just to add a little more “prophetic significance”  to the sign, this eclipse will pass through seven locations called Nineveh as well as one location called Jonah (you couldn't make it up if you tried). 

If this is a prophetic sign or harbinger then the fact that the names Nineveh and Jonah are included should at least tell us that God could be warning His people in the United States that they need to repent just as the people of Nineveh did when Jonah was sent to them. 

The United States has departed from God and not just the unbelievers but much of the “church” has departed from the truth and been deceived by seducing spirits and doctrines of demons. 

The United States in many ways resembles Babylon in Revelation 18. It is proud, puts great faith in it's military might (compared to the rest of the nations it's military strength is unequalled), it has been the world's strongest economy for over 80 years etc. 

However, during this time of unparalled prosperity and strength it has departed from God and has become proud and tolerant of every evil and perversion imaginable. Not only does it tolerate evil but it promotes and delights in evil, spreading evil inventions and practices across the world. 

Pornography, sex trafficking, drugs, occultic music and films are just some of the evils that have become the norm in American society, as has the murder of the innocent with over 60 million babies murdered through abortion. 

The United States removed prayer from schools and rejected God's law and His presence in the educational environment and Satan filled the void with murders by crazed gunmen on a regular basis. 

In the last decade under Obama and now Biden every evil is legalised and promoted. 

Since the 1960s a wave of Satanic and occult power and influence has infiltrated every sphere of society and eroded every freedom and right that was written into the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Successive Presidents and legislators have done the bidding of the globalist “Deep State” until a once great nation is on the verge of moral, economic and political collapse. America is ruled by those who are unseen but who wield the power to control events and circumvent democracy such as the 2020 Presidential election result. They have controlled America for decades, media, education, economy, religion, judiciary, law enforcement, politics, big industry and are now on the brink of destroying the one nation - if it turned back to God and had godly leadership and a praying church - that could stop the formation of a one world government. 

Is God through the solar eclipses, 7 years apart (7 is the number of completion), which form an X over the nation and pass through Salem (Jerusalem, Little Egypt, Jonah and Nineveh) warning America to repent and humble itself before Almighty God?

An X has a negative connotation. At school when you got an X it meant you had got the answer wrong. You also put an X through something that is to be done away with or that you have disregarded. 

I believe that God will speak to us through signs in the heavens in these last days. 

Additional Signs in April 2024

1. As we enter April the “Devil Comet” becomes visible to the naked eye in the Northern Hemisphere.

2. On 4th April a planetary alignment of 4 planets, 4 days before the solar eclipse. Venus, Neptune, Saturn and Mars. 

3. On 8th April the seven other planets in our solar system along with the sun and the moon will appear to form a straight line in the sky when looking from Jerusalem to the east. This happens only once every 32,000,000 years. 

4. Also on 8th April CERN in Switzerland will fire up the Large Hadron Colllider in order to recreate the conditions a second after the Big Bang. This is the organisation that discovered the “God Particle” back in 2012.

CERN as an organisation is steeped in occult imagery and practices including a overtly Satanic ceremony that can be viewed on YouTube and a statue of Shiva the god of destruction at it's Headquarters in Switzerland. 

None of these things are by chance but rather they are messages “hidden in plain sight”. 

There are many who believe that what they are doing will open a portal to the underworld or spiritual realm which will enable demonic entities to enter our world in preparation for the days that lie just ahead. In Revelation 9 the bottomless pit is opened and demonic entities like locusts are released to torment those who have the mark of the beast. Please note I'm not saying that what they are doing at CERN will fulfil this, (Revelation 9 happens during the Day of the Lord. It is the 5th trumpet judgement) I am just illustrating that opening portals to the spiritual realm has a, scriptural basis. 

1. On the 8th April NASA will launch three rockets into the moon’s shadow. The name of the project, APEP named after a, serpent diety from ancient Egyptian mythology! NASA love their mythological names such as Apollo 

2. During April billions, maybe even trillions of cicadas (insects) are going to emerge from the ground at the same time across 17 states in US. Last time that happened Thomas Jefferson was President some 221 years ago. 

Is something terrible and apocalyptic going to happen on 8th April 2024.

No, I don't believe so.

However, I do believe that this could be a warning. After all Jesus did tell us to be alert and to understand the signs which will increase the closer we get to His return.
